Robert Gaudet began his Real Estate career in 1986 and focused on Residential, Waterfront and Commercial properties. Over the years, Robert has been associated with excellence and personal service in helping his clients find a property that meets or exceeds their expectations. He believes the purchase of a home is the largest investment a client makes and the experience should be seamless and satisfying. Robert founded Anchor Realty Services, LLC in 2003 as a Residential and Commercial real estate brokerage firm to service the Southeast Florida and Western North Carolina markets. His responsibilities as the Broker include client development, marketing of services, execution of contracts, negotiating, management of properties and accounting practices. Robert’s integrated background in construction, environmental and design is paramount in assisting his clients with their properties. Evidenced by the amount of repeat clients, Robert takes pride in his work and values the relationships he has with his clients.
